Methods of Controlling Hardness in Production of Aluminum Bars

Imported aviation aluminum plate and aluminum bar are commonly used in mechanical parts, and they still have certain requirements for hardness. How do aluminum tube manufacturers control the hardness when producing aluminum tubes? The aluminum tube shall not be kneaded and framed too tightly. There shall be a distance between materials, especially for small materials that are not ventilated.

Temperature setting and control: Generally, there is a certain error between temperature and surface temperature. It should be set according to the practical temperature of the furnace and pay close attention to the temperature fluctuation. Aging and thermal insulation of aluminum tubes: the working time of thermal insulation shall be appropriate, and aging shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of traditional process planning to prevent insufficient hardness due to under aging or over aging. Before the aluminum tube is charged, the aluminum tube and other alloy materials shall be charged separately for aging.
